Booking
- Sustainable tourismOur establishment was built using healthy, natural materials, most of which come from our Chatreuse massif, and reusing old beams from renovated buildings.
Hot water and heating are provided either by solar panels or wood chips.
The sanitary facilities are partly supplied by a private spring.
For breakfasts, the bread is produced by the Poule aux Fruits d'or (2 km away). These local bakers grow their own wheat and transform it into bread. Everything else is home-made, even the apple juice, but not the butter!
Anything that isn't eaten goes straight to our chickens!
We favour short circuits and local traders and craftsmen (good addresses to provide).
