Leaving the Office de Tourisme, head towards Col du Cucheron, then turn left and cross the bridge over the Guiers Vif, marking the border between Isère and Savoie.

At the foot of the Tour de l'Infernet, veer slightly right to join the road, which you will cross before taking the trail that passes to the right of the house in front of you. You will cross the road twice, then continue uphill on the road to reach the hamlet of Les Bandets.

A little further up, leave the Route des Lanches on your left and continue along a dead-end road that turns into an ascending trail.
At the PDIPR "Mollard de la Croix" signpost, keep going straight on the road that gently descends. Then turn left onto the Route des Prés, which will take you to the hamlet of Les Vincents.

You will encounter a very hilly trail that offers an incomparable view of Mont Granier, leading you to La Combette and then Les Teppaz. When you see the sign for Chemin de la Fruitière next to the house, you will be in the municipality of Entremont le Vieux.

Make sure to turn left onto the descending path right away. You will find yourself back in the Chartreuse Forest. You will pass near the ruins of Château de Montbel, an ancient medieval fortress, and after a steep descent, you will arrive at the PDIPR La Combe signpost, where you will find the direction to Saint Pierre d'Entremont.

The Sentier des Mules will lead you to the village while allowing you to admire the views of Roche Veyrand on the other side of the valley. You will quickly pass behind the church and next to the Chapelle des Dix-Mille Martyrs, and finally, you will take the departmental road for the last few meters to return to your starting point.
