In the heart of the ‘Apremont’ designation of origin, explore this unique museum-vault, the home of over 5 centuries of wine-making tradition. Traditional, unexpected, rare (a veteran tractor from 1918, one of only 150 made!) and even unique (‘square’ cask, the mad idea of the cooper!), the old tools used by our ancestors continue to reveal the secrets of white, red and rosé wine production on the family estate.
