- Sustainable tourismAll the renovation work was carried out using environmentally-friendly products. The wood used comes either from reuse or from the forests of the Chartreuse.
The hot water and heating are supplied by a solar system coupled with wood chips.
The water for the sanitary facilities comes primarily from our private source.
We make the most of local producers and are keen to use short distribution channels (we have some good addresses to give you). We only use seasonal produce. Each accommodation has the necessary bins for selective sorting.
Any uneaten food goes to our lovely chickens!
